1. Quotations & Purchase Orders
All written quotations provided by The Sachet Company Pty Ltd remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless otherwise agreed. Official purchase orders are subject to acceptance based on current raw material availability, machine slot capacity, and final substrate specification validation.
2. Artwork Proofing & Die-Lines
Clients are responsible for reviewing and signing off on all final digital and physical PDF prepress proofs prior to cylinder engraving or flexographic plate creation. The Sachet Company is not liable for typographical errors, barcode inaccuracies, or regulatory omissions approved by the client on signed proofs.
3. Batch Tolerances & Fill Variations
In accordance with Australian packaging industry standards, automated high-speed vertical form-fill-seal lines operate within standard target weight tolerances (typically ±1.5% to ±3% depending on powder particle density, flowability, and bulk granularity). Run yields may experience a standard manufacturing allowance of ±5% on custom printed runs.
4. Delivery, Title & Risk
Products are dispatched FOB from our Sydney facility or delivered using verified Australian freight carriers. Risk of loss passes to the client upon handover to the carrier or upon signed receipt at the specified delivery destination.

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.
